Women's Day👩‍🦰👩‍🏫👩‍🏭👮‍♀️⛹‍♀️

 

Women's day was celebrated by organising a lot of interesting programs. It was a great experience. As a part of this day we had organised speech, debate and a skit related to the problems faced by a women in the society.

 To welcom the new B. Ed batch (2020 - 22) of SNGK B. Ed college, our seniors had organised a fresher's party. They named the party as "JINJA". It was a memorable day. It provided a lot of fun time. A lot of games were organised by them, which was a time of laugh and enjoyment. The party gave an opportunity to know my class more and to make a friendly bond with our seniors. Without using plastics for decoration they decorated our class using flowers and beautiful leaves. The theme of the program was "Go with nature". They provided us tasty food also.

CONSCIENTIZATION PROGRAM - GENDER EQUALITY👭🧑‍🤝‍🧑👫👬

The concept of conscientization is the process of developing a critical awareness of ones social reality through reflection and action. Conscientization or critical conscious is a popular education and social concept developed by Brazillian pedagogue and educational theorist Paulo Freire. A conscientization program was conducted on saturday for 9th standard students on 'Gender Equality' . It was a great experience as we got an oppurtunity to know the level of knowledge of current generation on this issue. Actually they had poor knowledge about gender equality and its need in society. But they showed interest in listening about this. They interacted with us actively and shared their experiences. We incorporated ower point presentation to enhance the effectiveness. Finally a student representing the entire class gave feedback to the class.

WEEKLY REFLECTION - SIXTH WEEK(Second phase)

It was the sixth week of second phase teaching practice. On 8th August 2022 (Monday) :- It was the 20th day of second phase internship programme. As per the timetable there was a class on 8H on third period. It was the fourth class of the chapter "Force" and taught about different type of frictional force. I took the class in concept attainment model. On 9th August 2022 (Tuesday) :-There was no classes due to public holiday. On 10th August 2022 (Wednesday) :- It was the 21st day of second phase internship programme. As per the timetable on this day there was no classes for me. But i got  substitution duty at 9E and i taught them about oxidation and reduction reaction. On 11th August 2022 (Thursday) :- It was the 22nd day of second phase internship programme. As per the timetable there was no classes for me on this day. But i got a substitution class on 8H and it was the fifth class of the chapter "Force". I taught them about 'Reduction of frictional force'. ...
