WEEKLY REFLECTION - FIRST WEEK (Second phase of teaching practice)

 Teaching practice is an important part of B. Ed curriculum. The second phase of my teaching practice started at GHSS Venjaramood. The first week was really good. I started enjoying our internship period with immense pleasure.

On 6th July 2022 (Wednesday) :-  It was the very first day of second phase internship. As per the timetable on this day there was no classes for me.

On 7th July 2022 (Thursday) :- It was the second day of second phase internship programme. As per the timetable on this day there was no classes for me. But i got a substitution duty on 8H. As this class is one of my class, i took my first class at 8H. I taught them about "Reference body" from the second chapter in Physics 'Motion'.

On 8th July 2022 ( Friday) :- It was the last day of first week. As per the timetable, there was two classes. On third period i went to 9E to teach them about the topic "Electronic configuration and stability" of the second chapter 'Chemical bonding' in the chemistry textbook. On the 6th period i went to 8H to taught the about " Distance and displacement" of the chapter 'Motion'.

All i had was great experience. I tried my best to teach according to the lesson plan by providing activity cards and by displaying charts on time. I also tried to cover the portion with the given time. For every classes followup activity was given at the end of the class and concluded the class by summarising the main points. Day by day i gained confidence and tried to improve my class.
